Behind-the-Scenes Pro (BTS Pro) recently conducted an industry-oriented training workshop at Govindrao Nikam College of Pharmacy, Sahyadri Shikshan Sanstha, Savarde, with the objective of helping students understand the real working environment of the pharmaceutical industry and prepare themselves for professional careers beyond academics.
The workshop was designed to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and actual industrial practices. The session focused on translating classroom concepts into real-world pharmaceutical manufacturing, quality systems, documentation discipline, compliance expectations, and industry mindset.
