I am thrilled to share that I successfully conducted my first professional training session, “Pharma-Ready: Production & Digital Excellence,” at DBJ College, Chiplun yesterday!
Interacting with 29 energetic Pharmacy students was a rewarding experience. The goal of this workshop was to help students look beyond their textbooks and understand the high-stakes, disciplined world of the Pharmaceutical industry.
Key Highlights of the Session:
The “Life-Saving” Mindset: Understanding why Pharma is different from any other chemical industry—because every gram we produce impacts a human life. Regulatory & Global Standards: Navigating the complex world of USFDA, ICH, and GMP. The Industrial Scale: Moving from laboratory beakers to massive 10,000-liter industrial reactors. Pharma 4.0 & Digitalization: Discussing the shift from manual logs to automated systems and eBMR. Diverse Career Pathways: Exploring opportunities in Regulatory Affairs, Pharmacovigilance, EHS, and Clinical Research beyond just QA/QC.I am incredibly humbled by the students’ response, who rated the session 4.5 out of 5 stars!
