1. Terms of Use & User Eligibility

• User Responsibility & Consent: We offer educational and professional development programs designed for various age groups, including school-level students, college candidates, and professionals. If you are under the age of 18 (a minor), you must review these terms and register under the supervision and with the explicit consent of a parent or legal guardian.
• Data Accuracy: While BTS Pro facilitates corporate learning and placement services, we do not verify the absolute authenticity of academic credentials or documents uploaded by candidates. Any misrepresentation of professional profiles remains the sole legal liability of the respective candidate or their legal guardian.
• Professional Conduct: Any misuse of resources, unauthorized access to secure areas, or distribution of proprietary training materials will result in immediate termination of access without refund, alongside potential legal actions.

2. Information We Collect (Purpose-Bound)

We only collect data that is strictly necessary to deliver high-quality professional training, program management, and placement coordination. This includes:

• Identity & Communication Data: Name, email address, contact number, and academic/professional background when you register for any of our standard or advanced programs, masterclasses, or consulting portals.
• Placement Hub Profiles: Candidate resumes, skill assessments, core competencies, and career preferences voluntarily submitted to facilitate recruiter matches.
• Transactional Data: Payment details collected via encrypted, industry-standard third-party payment gateways for program registrations. BTS Pro does not store your critical credit/debit card details on our local servers.

2.1. Technical Logging and Server Time Synchronization

For technical auditing, security logging, and global server synchronization purposes, please note the following technical standards regarding our system timestamps:

• Universal Time Standard (UTC/UTS): All transaction logs, enrollment timestamps, and database records are natively recorded and stored in Universal Time Standard (UTC/UTS) on our hosting servers.
• Indian Standard Time (IST) Offset: The server-recorded UTC/UTS timestamp is exactly 5 hours and 30 minutes (5:30 hrs) behind the Indian Standard Time (IST) of actual user registration or interaction.
• Audit Trail Integrity: This systematic offset is a standard server-side security protocol and does not impact the legal authenticity, tracking, or chronological validity of your registrations, payments, or portal activities.

3. Explicit Secondary Consent & Recipient Liability (Placement Hub)

In accordance with corporate recruitment ethics and data protection laws:

• Candidate Consent: Your professional resume and candidate dossier submitted via our **Placement Hub** are *never* shared with any corporate/industry partner without your explicit permission. Clicking "Apply Now" or nominating yourself for a corporate vacancy represents your Explicit Secondary Consent to share your profile with that specific employer only.
• Recruiter Confidentiality: Any corporate HR Manager, designated recruiter, or corporate client accessing candidate data through our platform is legally bound by confidentiality. The provided candidate data must be utilized **solely for recruitment evaluation** for the designated mandate. Sharing, distributing, or downloading candidate details for unauthorized marketing or third-party usage is strictly prohibited and subject to legal recovery under the DPDP Act 2026.

4. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Behind-the-Scenes Pro, including its educational programs and the Placement Hub, acts strictly as an facilitator for skill enhancement and career coordination. We provide no express or implied guarantee of selection, employment, or specific salary brackets. BTS Pro, its founders, and trainers shall not be held liable for any career outcomes, professional disputes, or contractual breaches arising between candidates and recruiters post-selection.

5. Anti-Backdoor Hiring Clause

Notice to Organizations: Any industry partner, employer, or external recruiter who identifies and accesses candidate profiles via the Placement Hub - BTS Pro is strictly prohibited from bypassing our established coordination channels to hire the candidate directly or through an alternative intermediary. Any such "Backdoor Entry" identified within 12 months from the date of profile sharing will be subject to contract service fee recovery as defined in our Corporate Client Agreements.

6. Data Protection & Your Right to Erasure

We secure your data using technical and organizational standards modeled after global compliance practices. Under the "Right to be Forgotten" framework, users, candidates, and students retain the absolute authority to request permanent deletion of their account, academic progress logs, and recruitment files from our databases at any time by contacting our compliance division.

7. Specialized Training Programs & Dashboard Compliance

• Access Metrics & Single-Sign-On Integrity: Platform user profiles are strictly non-transferable and mapped directly to a unique identifier via One-Time Password (OTP) verification. System detection of simultaneous streaming sessions from different geographical clusters or concurrent external IP addresses will trigger an immediate account suspension with zero financial liability to BTS Pro.
• System Interlocks & Course Progression: To protect curriculum standards, your student dashboard enforces automated, sequential interlocks. Daily progress quizzes, survey inputs, and mandatory task fields are programmatically locked until the backend system logs a 100% completion metric for that day's video streaming file. Bypassing or manipulating these client-side parameters constitutes a breach of portal usage terms.

8. Intellectual Property Protection & Video Streaming Framework

• Asynchronous Media Licensing: All visual components, audio streams, slidedecks, and instructional frameworks distributed across our dashboards are privately hosted, unlisted, and remain the exclusive intellectual property of Behind-the-Scenes Pro (BTS Pro). Users are granted only a limited, revocable, and non-transferable streaming license to consume this content inside the dashboard.
• Prohibition of Content Harvesting & Anti-Piracy: Any attempt to download, rip, screen-record, store locally, or distribute unlisted video URLs via external software or capturing devices is strictly forbidden. If any program asset or unlisted video feed is leaked or shared without explicit, prior written consent from BTS Pro, your account will be deleted instantly. BTS Pro reserves the absolute right to pursue civil and criminal litigation for copyright infringement and statutory damages.

9. Cloud Storage Boundaries & Student Responsibility

• External Directory Management: For training segments requiring continuous task evaluations, students are solely responsible for setting up and securing their external cloud directories (e.g., Google Drive repositories).
• Data Safety & Access Parameters: To ensure absolute privacy and prevent data loss, students must configure their external directory links strictly to "Viewer" (View Only). BTS Pro, its administrators, and its facilitators assume no legal liability for file alterations, data corruption, leaks, or target asset losses resulting from a student misconfiguring their cloud storage directories to public or "Editor" permissions.

10. Certification & Program Metrics

• Issuance Metrics: Eligibility to graduate and receive an official digital Certificate of Completion is strictly conditional upon fulfilling the mandatory portal analytics, including 100% video stream consumption, submission of daily progress verification forms, and completion of required assignment tracking metrics.
• No Employment Guarantees: BTS Pro provides professional competency development, industrial readiness frameworks, and technical coaching. Platform registration, tuition payment, or program graduation does not constitute a legal promise, mandate, or contract of guaranteed direct hiring or automated recruitment with external partner entities.
